Cranberry Butter

 2 tablespoons craisins

 ½ cup boiling water

 ½ cup salted butter, softened

 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

In a small bowl combine craisins and boiling water, let stand 10 minutes

Drain well and finely chop craisins

Stir together the butter, craisins and powdered sugar. Cover and let chill for at least 1 hour
