Marinated Mozzarella
1 8oz conatiner of mozzarella fresca, fresh mozzarella balls
3 Tbsp. extra light olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients and chill for one hour before serving. Serve along with your favorite olives and peppers.
